Article Advantage
The advantage an article has in convincing somebody to give out their email address in subscribing to an ezine is that it offers a sneak preview of what can be expected. The would-be subscriber then has an opportunity to judge whether it is the right thing for them or not. I have used well-written articles to quickly build up several; opt-in email lists at lighting speed.
